Vitamins and Minerals Are the Mantras of a Healthy Body

This is where mantra enters the story. Mantras are sound vibrations that repeated daily create a frequency, wavelength, light vibrations through sound production in the human brain. Either repeating silently to yourself and or chanting the mantra stimulates self healing at the level of the finest tissues in the brain and throughout the electricity of the entire body. The medical great great grandfathers of ancient medical science were the historians of health care. In their ancient text we learn about the value of mantras.

Chanting the name of the medicine and giving intentions to the benefits they bring the cells and tissue was part of the instructions for taking medicine.

I recommend you do exactly that when taking any prescribed drug and/or ayurvedic herb, or your daily vitamin and mineral supplements. Chant its name to yourself and give a moment to invoke a healing intent when taking the medicine. Quickly, repeat the names of the vitamins and minerals for two minutes or less each time you take your nourishment into your body. Of, course, you know that even without this energy enhancer, just taking nourishment to your body says you love you. Repeating the list of vitamins and minerals, 108 times before drinking will empower the vibration to increase the energy of the supplement to imprint your intention in it to keep you vital, happy and enduring. And ,you can just have the intention, but repeating,and /or chanting is very relaxing and powerfully enjoyable.

Think about of how great you will feel when all your vitamin and mineral spark plugs are firing and you are alert, calm and full of joy. Mantras are sounds in packages of energy signatures with their own self generating power. Vitamins and minerals are also energy packages full of molecules of nutrients. This mixture of intentional support and healthy choices calibrates the human body to high energy, focus and long life.
