With daily intake calories of 1237 a day, you can figure it out how much you could lose in 3 months from now.<\/p>\n<p>If you follow Hollywood diet plan, you are required to add extra nutrients in the form of multivitamins: calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B and omega 3 fatty.
