Cayenne Pepper Lemon Diet

So you are considering going on the lemon cleansing diet, huh? Well the first and probably most important thing you will need is the recipe. It is actually a very simple recipe, most people are surprised when they first discover how easy it is.

First of you will need a lemon, of course. Cut your lemon in half and then squeeze both halves into a normal cup of water or glass about the same size as a regular coffee mug. You can use any juicer you normally use to squeeze your natural juice from your oranges and your lemons. Sometimes the lemon is very juicy in which case you should only use one half.

We all know lemon is bitter, so you can sweeten it a little bit. You can do this by taking one teaspoon of pure maple syrup and adding it to the lemon water mixture in the glass. Although lemons are bitter, they actually help alkalize your body. Which is why they help to clean your body. Maple syrup is a very powerful antioxidant and also antiseptic, so it helps with that as well.

The last thing you will need for your recipe, is a small pinch of cayenne pepper. Just in case you have any fungus in your digestive tract the cayenne pepper will eliminate it. There you have the full recipe, usually it will be strong, you should drink the mixture slowly. Also make several of these throughout the day, in one day you may have five to eight of them, all depending on how thirsty you get.

It is alright to drink water in between in fact, ideally you should drink half your body weight in ounces of water everyday. It is therefore a good idea to drink ample water without anything in between. For example, you could have one lemon cleanse glass and then two glasses of ordinary water, repeatedly during the day.
