Diabetes is a metabolic problem.

The explanation is this, it is an action of converting food that we eat and changing that into energy. It also relates to the storage and distribution of that energy throughout the body. Cholesterol: Now, what is cholesterol, really? It is made in our liver in adequate supplies to produce sex hormones and assist in the digestive process. Cholesterol is made up of good and bad things called Triglycerides some good, some bad. When we have too much of the bad stuff it makes our blood thicker and it sticks to the arteries and veins of our body. Our poor heart has trouble pumping that thick stuff around the body and it is unable to push the blood into certain areas.

Diabetes: Now with all these problems combined, comes diabetes. The food we eat in not able to accept the insulin our insulin made by the pancreas allowing the sugar levels to rise to a dangerous level.
