TrueNorth Health Education and Fasting Center has operated its residential health education program in California since 1984.
Our program educates participants on the benefits of healthy living and on the use of fasting as a tool to improve their diet and lifestyle.
Like a compass, we help our participants chart the course toward optimum health. We call this direction TrueNorth.
